A: Most of the time, if we know that we are going to be late, you will be advised by a courteous phone call with at least one hour notice.
Q: How busy are you?
A: Busy enough, but we will allocate time, if you decide to book.
Q: Can you get rid of stains?
A: Some stains have already changed the colour in that particular spot, so we can try our best to remove it, or at least to lighten it up, but being frank and honest about it, there is not a 100% guarantee that all stains are going to be removed. We will try our hardest to make sure that you will be 100% satisfied.
Q: Do you have a set price?
A: If the carpet is not heavily soiled and/or stained, the answer is yes, and if you request and/or require other services or products, the answer is no. You will be advised of any changes before commencement of any work. We can guarantee you, there are not and will not be any surprises or tricks.

A: Only light furniture, lounges, beds on wheels, dinning tables and chairs.
You will be advised on the phone at the time of the booking of any procedure. We would ask you, to please remove all small items (shoes, toys, small boxes, videos, breakables, video and DVD recorders; if they are on the ground, etc) from the floor before the technician arrives.
