Conditions Of Cleaning
The customer understands the method used by Half Price Cleaning is Hot Water Extraction which is recomended by the Australian Standards AS3733. The customer is advised that there are certain stains which are impossible to remove and that certain conditions caused by wear and tear are not apparent untill completion of cleaning. The technician will make every professional and reasonable attempt to clean the carpet to the best of his ability. The technician cannot be responsible for any damage caused by existing stains that are not apparent upon visual inspection. All complaints if any, must be reported within 24 hours by calling Half Price Cleaning on 1300 13 88 58
